Luther takes care in setting Viktor down, and then, unfortunately, the confusion sets back in. Accepting the paper towels, he gives his head a gentle shake. "Not hurt. I just fell on my run. I tripped..." How does he explain this without being take in for some kind of head scan?
The question catches up with him, then.
"How did I know..." Oh. "To call you Viktor, right. Well, and I'm open to being told if I'm out of my mind, you're Viktor. Uh, I wanted to throw you a party, but Diego said no..." Luther scrubs his hand at the back of his head. "But we're still here. I don't think we've ever bounced back to the right timeline. Whatever the right timeline is."
There's more of a freakout waiting, inside of him, the one that's not letting him look down at his hand.
