"I don't know anyone named Viktor," Nathan answers, narrowing his eyes at not-Vanya-but-Viktor. He knows Nathan's name, though, and says it's me like that's supposed to mean something, and Nathan's heard of people who're like, born in the wrong bodies and feel all weird and shit, but he's never actually encountered anyone.

Not that he knows of anyway, he realizes. Could be he has and he just never knew. Something to consider later.
