Not so familiar with how this works, it makes Viktor wonder what else will change about his body if he stays the course, which he's very interested in doing. Overnight, his voice is lower, his body changed, even the shape of his jaw.
"Something like that," Viktor agrees thoughtfully. He tears his eyes away from his reflection, like he's been caught staring at a beautiful person from across the room. He smiles up at Nathan, too euphoric to look sheepish.
"It's amazing. Also, I had this, I don't know, dream. It felt so real, like I was looking at a different timeline. Luther saw it, too, but it wasn't a dream." That seems less important than the result: him waking up out of that small box he didn't know he was in.
