Viktor laughs. Klaus' support is evident. Each of them knows what it's like to be asked to fit to a mold that doesn't suit them. Viktor is desperate to feel something other than the prevailing ick. Klaus and Obi-Wan are gracious enough to meet him where he's at.
"Well, if it's only ten minutes," Viktor murmurs, lips twisting into a small smile. Ten minutes seems like a fucking lifetime to be in cold water. He drops a foot in and recoils almost instantly. He laughs. Klaus is an errant gust of wind from being in the pool. Obi-Wan is already chest-deep.
Fuck it.
Viktor paces himself over a few steps and jumps in. What was it he said all those years ago? New timeline, new me? That's the pool of energy he'd like to drown in.
